Idaho Code § 26-2611: No repeal by implication.

Nothing contained in this chapter, or any amendment thereto, shall be construed to amend or modify the provisions of any other chapter of this title governing the supervision or regulation of financial institutions and financial institution holding companies or the organization and powers of the department of finance and the director with respect thereto as may be provided in such other chapter.
