Idaho Code § 26-2613: Banks as "issuing public corporations."

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, banks chartered by the state of Idaho and bank holding companies as defined in section 26-501, Idaho Code, shall be considered "issuing public corporations" as used in chapters 16 and 17, title 30, Idaho Code.
