CHAPTER 36 TRUST INSTITUTIONS — SUPERVISION AND ENFORCEMENT

Any bank chartered to operate a trust department on July 1, 2000, is hereby authorized to continue to operate a trust department after July 1, 2000; provided that such bank must conform its trust department operations with the provisions of this act.
