TITLE 30 CORPORATIONS
CHAPTER 20 IDAHO BENEFIT CORPORATION ACT

A benefit corporation shall be incorporated in accordance with part 2, chapter 29, title 30, Idaho Code, but its articles of incorporation must also state that it is a benefit corporation.
