Idaho Code § 36-2105: Creation of Idaho outfitters and guides licensing board.

There is hereby created in the division of occupational and professional licenses the Idaho outfitters and guides licensing board, herein referred to as "the board," consisting of four (4) members appointed by the governor, and one (1) member appointed by the Idaho fish and game commission, as provided in section 36-2106, Idaho Code.
