TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTS
CHAPTER 5 SEEDING OF BURNED AREAS

Disbursements from this fund shall be made on order of county commissioners for the purpose of purchasing seed and for services rendered in seeding such burned areas, and any other incidental charges that may be necessary for the operation of sections 38-501—38-511.
