TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY
CHAPTER 74 IDAHO SOLID WASTE FACILITIES ACT

This chapter shall not apply to any facility subject to the provisions of subtitle C of RCRA or the hazardous waste management act of 1983, as amended, chapter 44, title 39, Idaho Code.
