The limited lines travel insurance producer and any travel retailer offering and disseminating travel insurance under the limited lines travel insurance producer license shall be subject to the provisions of section 41-1016, Idaho Code, and other applicable provisions of this title. Violations of this act shall be considered an unfair trade practice under chapter 13, title 41, Idaho Code.
