Idaho Code § 41-2913: Deposit in lieu of bond.

In lieu of the bond required under section 41-2912, the attorney may maintain on deposit through the office of the director, a like amount in cash or in value of securities eligible for deposit under section 41-803 of this code and subject to the same conditions as the bond.
