Idaho Code § 41-4944: Insurance.

The coverage provided by the trust fund established pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed insurance for the purposes of any requirements of the Idaho department of environmental quality concerning the financial responsibility of owners or operators of petroleum storage tanks.
