Idaho Code § 44-2104: factory built structures advisory board.

(1) The factory built structures advisory board, established in the division of occupational and professional licenses in accordance with the provisions of section 39-4302, Idaho Code, shall advise the administrator in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.

(2) The board shall have the authority to promulgate rules in accordance with chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
