Idaho Code § 50-1038: Validity of bonds.

Any ordinance authorizing said bonds may provide that the bonds shall contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to section 50-1027 through 50-1042, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and of the regularity of their issuance.
