Idaho Code § 50-1503: Establishment of retirement fund.

The city council of any city in the state of Idaho may, in accordance with sections 50-1501 through 50-1524, establish a "policeman’s retirement fund" providing, that when such fund shall have been established, as hereinafter provided, it shall continue to function except that the legislature of the state of Idaho may abolish it.
