Idaho Code § 50-1522: Separability.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS
CHAPTER 15 POLICEMAN’S RETIREMENT FUND

If any clause, section or provision of sections 50-1501 through 50-1524 be found to be unconstitutional, the remainder of sections 50-1501 through 50-1524 shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding such invalidity.
