Idaho Code § 50-1610: Removals due to reduction of force.

Nothing in sections 50-1601 through 50-1610 shall prohibit the city council from reducing the force employed, but such reduction shall be effected in inverse order of seniority of employment, and any employee who is removed on this account shall be placed at the head of the eligible list.
