Idaho Code § 50-1816: Certificate showing amount of collections and delinquencies.

On or before the third Monday of July of each year in which the assessments were levied, the treasurer of the city shall make his certificate to the clerk of the city showing the amount of such assessments collected before delinquency and the amount of such assessments which have become delinquent.
