Idaho Code § 50-1909: Donations to housing authority.

Any city or county, in which a housing authority has been created, shall have the power, from time to time, to lend or donate money to such authority or to agree to take such action; provided, however, that when a housing authority has the money available therefore it shall make reimbursement for all such loans made of it.
