Idaho Code § 50-2615: Benefit zones — Authorized — Rates.

The legislative authority may, for each of the purposes set out in section 50-2601, Idaho Code, establish and modify one or more separate benefit zones based upon the degree of benefit derived from the purpose and may impose a different rate of special assessment within each such benefit zone.
