TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS
CHAPTER 31 COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT ACT

The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable and if any provision or the application of the provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining portions of this chapter.
