Idaho Code § 54-1420: authority to sign or verify.

When a provision of law or rule requires the signature, certification, stamp, verification, affidavit, or endorsement of a physician, that requirement may be fulfilled by an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), including a certified nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, certified registered nurse anesthetist, or clinical nurse specialist. This section shall not be construed to expand the scope of practice of an APRN.
