Idaho Code § 54-1717: Rules.

The board of pharmacy shall make, adopt, amend, and repeal such rules as may be deemed necessary by the board, from time to time, for the proper administration and enforcement of this chapter. Such rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the procedures specified in chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, the administrative procedure act.
