Idaho Code § 54-2224: Disposition of receipts — Expenses.

All moneys received pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund. All expenses incurred pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be paid from the occupational licenses fund.
