Idaho Code § 54-2511: Public liability insurance.

For the protection of the public, and all members thereof, the exhibitors and visitors, every person licensed to conduct a race meet under the provisions of this act shall carry public liability insurance in an amount and form of contract and with a company to be approved by the commission.
