CHAPTER 29 SPEECH AND HEARING SERVICES PRACTICE ACT

All licensed audiologists, speech-language pathologists, speech-language pathology aides and assistants, and hearing aid dealers and fitters shall immediately report to the board any name change or changes in business and home addresses.
