Idaho Code § 54-409: Considerations before issuance of license or sanctioning permit.

Before issuing any license or sanctioning permit, the commission shall consider the following in order of importance:

(1) The preservation of the safety and health of the contestants;

(2) The best interest and welfare of the public; and

(3) The best interest of the sport in general.
