Idaho Code § 54-4305: FEES.

In accordance with section 54-103, Idaho Code, all fees received under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund. All costs and expenses incurred by the board or the allied health advisory board under the provisions of this chapter shall be a charge against and paid from said fund for such purposes, and the moneys collected pursuant to this section shall be immediately available for the administration of this chapter.
