Idaho Code § 54-5011: issuance of Certificate of competency.

A certificate of competency in the form of a card shall be issued to an applicant upon successful completion of the examination. The card shall include the holder’s name, classification for which the applicant was examined, the year for which the card is current, the holder’s signature, certificate number, and the signature of the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses.
