Idaho Code § 54-5218: Attorney general — Prosecuting attorney.

It shall be the right and duty of the attorney general or the prosecuting attorneys of the various counties to represent and appear for the people of the state of Idaho and the department in all actions and proceedings involving any question under this chapter or under any order or act of the board and to perform such other services as are required.
