Each individual licensed or registered under this chapter shall observe and be subject to all state, federal, and municipal regulations relating to the control of contagious and infectious diseases and all matters pertaining to public health. Failure to comply with these requirements shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the laws of the state of Idaho.
