Idaho Code § 54-615: Moneys deposited in the state treasury.

CHAPTER 6 PODIATRISTS

All moneys of any kind collected under the provisions of this act shall be immediately remitted to the division of occupational and professional licenses for deposit in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund.
