Idaho Code § 54-909: Board of dentistry — Qualifications of members.

Each professional member of the board shall hold a current, active Idaho license and shall be a resident of the state of Idaho. The consumer member of the board must be a resident of the state of Idaho and shall be representative of the public consumers of dental care services.
