Idaho Code § 54-913: Licenses — Records.

(1) All licenses to practice dentistry, dental therapy, dental hygiene, or denturitry shall be issued by the division of occupational and professional licenses in the name of the board.

(2) The board shall keep a record of all applicants for licensure to qualify as a dentist, dental therapist, dental hygienist, or denturist; of applicants rejected on application or examination with the reason for rejection; of licenses issued; and of actively licensed dentists, dental therapists, dental hygienists, and denturists.
