Idaho Code § 56-1908: disclosure of complaints.

Complaints received by the ombudsman and any examination of such complaint, including informal proceedings and any informal proceedings conducted by any designee of the ombudsman pursuant to this chapter and any rules adopted pursuant to this chapter, shall not be subject to public disclosure pursuant to chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
