TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL
CHAPTER 9 RESIGNATIONS AND VACANCIES

Whenever the governor appoints a county commissioner to fill a vacancy in any county, he shall appoint a person who is a resident of the commissioner district of the county in which the vacancy exists.
