Idaho Code § 63-2309: Penalty for violations.

Anyone failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
