Idaho Code § 63-2442: Exchange of information agreements.

For the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter, the commission and the Idaho transportation department may enter into such written agreements for the exchange of information or delegation of authority or both as the commission and the department may find necessary to properly implement the letter and intent of the provisions of this chapter.
