TITLE 66 STATE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS
CHAPTER 3 HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL

Any person violating any provisions of sections 66-344, 66-345, 66-346, 66-347, or 66-348 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $500 and imprisonment for not more than one (1) year.
