Idaho Code § 67-2314: Report of inspection.

As soon as practicable after each such inspection, the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall make a report in writing of the results disclosed thereby to the official, department, board, commission or agency having custody or direct control of any building so inspected. If the administrator finds hazardous conditions or unsafe practices, he shall supplement his report with recommendations for their elimination or correction.
