Idaho Code § 67-2603: DIVISION EMPLOYEES.

(1) Employees of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall be subject to the provisions set forth in chapter 53, title 67, Idaho Code, except where otherwise specified.
(2) A division administrator shall be considered a nonclassified employee, an executive employee, and an exempt employee.
