TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
CHAPTER 27 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

The state treasurer shall deposit, subject to the provisions of this chapter and of section 67-1210, Idaho Code, in designated state depositories, all moneys of the state of Idaho coming into his hands.
