Idaho Code § 67-2904: Administrator — Appointment, term, salary.

The director of the Idaho state police shall appoint an administrator of the Idaho state police who shall act as a deputy director and serve at the pleasure of the director. The salary of the deputy director shall be fixed for each term by the director within the limits of any appropriation made therefor.
