Idaho Code § 67-2914: Idaho law enforcement fund established.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
CHAPTER 29 IDAHO STATE POLICE

For the purposes of the Idaho state police, there is established in the state treasury of the state of Idaho the Idaho law enforcement fund, to which shall be deposited funds as provided by law.
