Idaho Code § 67-3509: Time when appropriation available.

When an appropriation shall be made without restrictions as to the time of its use, it shall be available for expenditure for the purposes and to the amount therein stated, from the first day of July of the year during which such appropriation is made to and including the thirtieth day of June of the year following.
