Idaho Code § 67-4241: Park land trust — Created — Acquisition of property authorized.

The parks and recreation board may, by gift, purchase, agreement, device, donation, or otherwise, acquire property to be held by the department in a park land trust. The department may place any lands under its jurisdiction, where not prevented by deed or other restriction, in the park land trust.
