Idaho Code § 67-463: Assistance.

The office of the attorney general, the office of the state controller and the administrator of the division of financial management are authorized to assist the joint legislative oversight committee in its conduct of performance evaluations if the committee and the director of legislative performance evaluations deems that such offices may be helpful.
