Idaho Code § 67-4716: Administrative expenses — Limitation.

CHAPTER 47 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE

Not more than ten percent (10%) of all funds made available by this act shall be used by the council or department for those administrative expenses necessarily incurred by the operation of this act.
