Idaho Code § 67-5415: Statistical register of blind — Maintenance by administrator.

The administrator of the commission shall maintain a statistical register of the blind in the state which shall describe therein the condition, cause of blindness and capacity to benefit from agency services. The register shall be maintained on a current basis so as to give information which will aid in planning improved facilities and services to the blind and restoration and conservation of sight.
