TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
CHAPTER 66 ELECTION CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPENDITURES

All statements required to be filed with the secretary of state under this act shall be signed and certified as true and correct by the person required to file the same. Electronic signatures and certifications shall be governed by the uniform electronic transactions act, chapter 50, title 28, Idaho Code.
