Idaho Code § 67-7105: Government ownership.

Certificate of number and registration portions of this chapter shall not apply to snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, utility type vehicles, specialty off-highway vehicles and motorbikes owned and operated by the federal government, a state government or a subdivision of it.
