TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY

There is hereby created in the department of self-governing agencies an agency to be known as the Idaho state lottery. The Idaho state lottery shall implement and administer the provisions of this chapter.
